The concepts presented in this course is based on internationally recognized standards and practices in the field with a high level of maturity and a good track record of implementations in multicultural environments and in business in Romania.
Using patterns of maturity in management implementation through processes assesses organization's ability to absorb the planned change. The purpose of using such a concept is to help a transition or transformation more sustainable by the organization to the planned change, while having the role to give the first signs of alert regarding potential risks where the organization is not prepared for the changes taken into consideration.

Theodor Adam
He graduated from the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Bucharest in 1995 and Postgraduate School of Management, class of 2002. He worked in IT and Insurance industries (as an engineer for IBM and respectively as an expert, then as manager for the insurance company ING). With 20 years experience in IT and 15 years in management, taught technical courses as a representative of IBM Romania and led teams and IT organizations at ING Romania, aligning them to insurance and pensions business strategy. Areas of expertise: applications development process management, business continuity and disaster recovery, strategic planning, management by objectives, project management, IT operations. He is now IT director within NN Life Insurance.
Victor Rotaru
He graduated from the Faculty of Automation and Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest in 2001, the School of Postgraduate Management class of 2003. He obtained a Master degree in Information Security at the Military Technical Academy in 2007. He is an IT expert with over 15 years experience in management and over 20 years in IT, with extensive international and multicultural activity in finance, concerning the IT management reorganization through processes, operational management and information security management, as well as a lecturer at the IBR.
