Over the past 15 years, management has undergone remarkable changes. Increased international competition, in a global economy, the greater demands of the consumer on the services offered to him, and the need for organizational structures to become more and more effective - all require managers to continuously develop their organizations and staff. Current managers need to understand their own emotional nature as well as others in the organization and be able to manage relationships and build partnerships with clients. Research and experiments in the field of Emotional Intelligence (IE) validate its importance as a decisive factor in achieving success at both individual and organizational level. The need to develop emotional intelligence increases for higher levels of responsibility. Understanding what we feel and the reasons behind these feelings is certainly the most important aspect of an emotionally effective and satisfying life.

Target audience:
•Middle and / or top-management (regardless of department);
•Executives (especially those in the departments that represent the binder with the other departments of the company - for example: the Human Resources Department, those whose job involves working directly with the client);
•Those who have recently taken on a leadership position and need to consolidate their position;
•Entrepreneurs, consultants, executives from various professional fields and any person looking to develop their emotional self-awareness;
Minimum level of experience for participation in the program: minimum one year experience in working with clients or in team / department leadership.
After completing this course, the participants will:

The key elements of emotional intelligence are analyzed in depth, and in order to understand the underlying concepts, a series of practical exercises are used with great impact on participants.

Day 2:
•Impulse control and personal assertiveness
•Developing genuine leadership
•Development of balanced assertiveness within the team
•Practicing alternative ways to communicate disagreement within working teams
•Positive interactions - as the basis of authentic interpersonal relationships
•The recipe for personal influence
•Discussions and final reflections
•Optional: Meditation session (15 min)
During these 2 days, the participants will work individually or in groups with a series of applied exercises based on learning scenarios using experiences from daily life.
Gabriela Puskas is the founder and managing partner of Performance Group, a company specializing in management consulting, coaching, mentoring and services with impact on individual and organizational performance. She has a thorough expertise in areas such as business management, leadership, sales, personality assessment tools, and emotional intelligence. Gabriela holds a PhD in Economics and has a relevant professional experience of over 28 years in the fields of: corporate banking, international franchises, entrepreneurship, project management. Gabriela was formed in the field of coaching in London, followed by a series of professional trainings in NLP, Transactional Analysis, PCM, psychometric assessments (MTQ48 – Mental Toughness Questionnaire and ILM72 – Integrated Leadership Measure) and currently provides coaching for performance to both young managers at the beginning of their career as well as to experienced entrepreneurs.
The program will last for 16 hours and will take place within 2 days, from 10:00 to 18:00.
