Civil liability insurance is essential for all types of activity but also for everyday life. It represents a complex class of insurance that implies a high level of awareness and technical knowledge.

Permanent and efficient training is important for everyone that is involved in sales, underwriting and claims handling in civil liability insurance.

The main purpose of this webinar is to present civil liability insurance and to bring into discussion with those interested the types of liability insurance and the manner in which they can be presented and offered to potential clients.

This program is addressed to staff within brokerage companies or insurance companies having responsibilities in civil liability insurance sales but also to those who wish to be involved in the underwriting process or in claims handling.

During the presentation, examples and case studies from the insurance market and based on the experience of the trainer with the purpose of ensuring a better understanding of the topic will be used.

Trainer

Mihaela Cojocaru has gathered experience in insurance since 1995 by having responsibilities in general insurance in sales, underwriting, claims (in liability insurance) departments, financial risks insurance and property insurance. She occupied positions like insurance inspector, underwriting general insurance manager, sales manager and operational manager in companies as: ARDAF, ASTRA, ASIROM, Accenture, CertAsig. Between 2013 and 2016 she was the Deputy General Director of CertAsig and starring with 2017 she became a consultant in insurance, risk management and training. She organized training courses in insurance through programs of the Know How Fund from UK and organized several courses and wrote several handouts. She is a FSA / CSA (L-0130) certified lecturer from 07.12.2010.
