The course is interactive and offers the perfect balance between theory and practice; with immediate applicability on daily professional activities. This training aims to give to the participants all the basic means and tools to prepare and engage into a successful negotiation. Following the course, the participants will boost their self-esteem and will be more confident in their ability to negotiate. This is a course about honest negotiation, about trust, respect and assertive attitude.

Target group

The program is addressed to the direct beneficiaries and persons with similar/connected activities. Individuals who work on any level, in any company or challenging environments, who have negotiation and re-negotiation responsibilities (contracts, terms and conditions, pricing, offers, etc.).

  • Learning a variety of instruments and techniques in order to respond to challenges effectively
  • Identifying the necessary resources for implementing the negotiation strategy
  • Identifying, learning and applying techniques on how to boost the self-esteem

Preparing a negotiation- (2 hours) – theory, examples, exercises, games, coaching

  • Golden Info gathering
  • Active listening
  • How to correctly define problems

Boosting Self Esteem and Developing the action plan - (1 hour) – theory, examples, exercises, roll-plays

  • M&M (Motivation, Motivated)
  • Instinctive pitfalls

Successful Negotiation VS  Failed Negotiation- (2 hours) – exercises, examples, roll-plays, games

  • Effective Negotiation
  • The usual bargaining tactics

Trainer

Irina Toma, Life & Executive Coach, accredited by IIC&M; Trainer, Consultant, Mentor, Facilitator with years of experience in coaching and training on subjects like: soft skills, communication, leadership, sales, motivation; team management and team coaching.

Duration / Period

The program will last for 8 hours and will take place on November 15th 2018, between 10:00-18:00.

Investment

The necessary investment for participating to this program is of 350 lei + VAT/person.
