Following the course, the participants will boost their self-esteem and will be more confident in their ability to negotiate. This is a course about honest negotiation, about trust, respect and assertive attitude.
The program is addressed to the direct beneficiaries and persons with similar/connected activities. Individuals who work on any level, in any company or challenging environments, who have negotiation and re-negotiation responsibilities (contracts, terms and conditions, pricing, offers, etc.).
Negotiation Strategy – (2 hours) – theory, examples, exercises
Preparing a negotiation- (2 hours) – theory, examples, exercises, games, coaching
Boosting Self Esteem and Developing the action plan - (1 hour) – theory, examples, exercises, roll-plays
Successful Negotiation VS Failed Negotiation- (2 hours) – exercises, examples, roll-plays, games
Irina Toma, Life & Executive Coach, accredited by IIC&M; Trainer, Consultant, Mentor, Facilitator with years of experience in coaching and training on subjects like: soft skills, communication, leadership, sales, motivation; team management and team coaching.
The program will last for 8 hours and will take place on November 15th 2018, between 10:00-18:00.
