”Management through objectives” workshop is based on a practical application about developing a management plan focusing on setting goals in such a way that the participants will achieve it easier. The participants will develop abilities that will help them to set objectives, to implement and to achieve them with efficiency.

Target group

The workshop is addressed to persons with activity planning within their tasks for them or for the teams they coordinate.

Course objectives

At the end of the workshop the participants will be able to:

  • establish well defined objectives for easier achievement;
  • develop a plan following DOME stages (Diagnosis, Objectives, Methods, Evaluation).

Subjects

  • Participants presentation/ exercise nr.1 – Presentation without ”to be” verb;
  • Presentation of course objectives and assessing participants’ expectations;
  • Practical application – following instructions;
  • Presentation of DOME Method;
  • Presentation of plan development application;
  • Diagnosis – identifying the actual state, SWOT method;
  • Objective – 7 steps for establishing objectives in such a way that they can be easier achieved;
  • Demonstration;
  • Practical application – examples of well-defined objectives;
  • Methods – activities, standards, resources;
  • Evaluation – methods and stages;
  • Team work – application: developing a plan;
  • Presenting the plan developed by each team;

Trainer

Elizeu Folescu PFA, AIAM has over 17 years of experience in management and personal development domain. Most of his activity was dedicated to life insurance where he was an agent, insurance inspector, agency manager, development manager or managing partner as well as LIMRA certified trainer. The sales structures he coordinated counted up to 1000 persons from agent to area manager, within 2 companies that became the second most important companies in life insurance in Romania. He trained over 2000 persons for developing sale abilities and sales management for different levels of experience. Starting with 2015 he became Senior Regional Executive and trainer for LL Global Inc. (LIMRA LOMA) – the world leader in research, education and development in life and health insurance and pensions.

He followed management courses at Cornell University, GenRe Bussiness School and CII (The Chartered Insurance Institute – London), Harvard Manage Mentor, the Advanced Management Development and Training Programme of Middlesex University Bussiness School London, LIMRA’s CIAM program.

  • Executive Leadership at Cornell University;
  • Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming certified by the SNLP (Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Dr. Richard Bandler;
  • Professional Financial Advisor certified by LIMRA;

  • Since 2005, LIMRA instructor for development programs designed for executives and managers.

Duration / Period

The workshop lasts for 7 hours and will take place on the 5th of September 2017, from 09:00 to 18:00.

Investment

The neccessary investment for participating to this workshop is of 420 lei + VAT.

Discounts

At the above fee the following discounts will be granted:

  • 5% for registration and payment until the 15th of August 2017;
  • 5% for the registration of at least 2 persons within the same organisation.
