The main issues to be discussed in the program are about how to finance companies through the capital market, as an alternative to classical banking financing.
Students will gain knowledge about the possibility of financing via the capital market, the typology of financiers present on the capital market, the conditions and ways of attracting financing, etc.
The program is in line with the European Union's objective of the Union of Capital Markets by attracting small and medium-sized companies from the capital market to develop and create new jobs.
The main target group is that of entrepreneurs with unlisted companies and managers of these companies.
The course aims to familiarize the unlisted companies with the ways of financing through the capital market, in order to diversify the sources of financing, both as a premise and as a result of the development of company's activity.
Entrepreneurs can use the knowledge gained through this program to access new sources of funding for owned companies as well as to reduce dependence on bank finance.
