Recognizing the importance of developing financial education the Institute aims through this program, which is addressed to all those whose professional activity is related to financial domain, to deepen specific financial system concepts to meet challenges fueled by socio-economic new reality. Within the training program are presented and analyzed the components of the financial system, banking and non-banking sector, highlighting the risks that may arise in financial activity which may adversely affect financial stability if they are not identified, measured and managed correctly and at time.
The training program addresses: staff working in financial firms; staff from non-financial institutions operating in the financial departments work.
This training program aims to continue the professionalization of those working in the financial market in Romania and increased their ability to meet all the challenges of this market dynamic.

Radu Cristian RADUT - with a PhD. in Finance and with an experience of over 20 years in training in the field of financial services. Mr. Radut occupied various management positions such as director of the Romanian Banking Institute during 1993-2008, director of Globaltraining Intercollege (Cyprus) 2008-2014. However, in 2005-2007 he was a member in the board of the European Bank Training Network and is currently a member of the Association of Financial Banking Analysts in Romania.
