It’s an interactive and experiential seminar which offers the perfect balance between theory and practice; with immediate applicability on daily professional activities. This training aims to give to the participants a personalized method of efficient communication in their conciliator role.

Trainer

Rareș Medrega –  Absolvent al Facultății Finanțe-Asigurări, master în Managementul resurselor umane, Rareș a acumulat o experiență de peste 5 ani în vânzări și management în domeniul asigurărilor și peste 10 ani în domeniul training-ului și al consultanței de afaceri. Rareș a fost implicat în numeroase programe de formare și consultanță în domeniul vânzărilor din domenii precum asigurări, banking, IT, comunicații și auto. Dintre clienții relevanți pentru acest proiect, Rareș a livrat programe de pregătire profesională pentru: Allianz-Țiriac Asigurări, BCR Asigurări, Dacia-Renault-Nissan, TeamNet, Lyoness, Ernst&Young, Alpha Bank. Rareș este trainer certificat ANC, LIFO® (www.liforomania.ro), lector ISF (IMA), coach certificat și a susținut până acum peste 1000 de zile de training și consultanță pentru peste 8000 de cursanți.

Duration / Period

The program will last for 3 hours (3 credit points) and will take place on February 7th, 2018 between 14:00-17:00.

Investment

The necessary investment for participating to this program is of 150 lei + VAT/person.

• 157.56 lei + VAT / participant, with the fee for validation and registration of credits included.

Fees include: course materials, participation certificates.
