The phenomenon of insurance fraud is no longer confined to the area of motor insurance, but has expanded in recent years to other lines of insurance, particularly in cases of damage property, travel or even malpractice context in which compensation would be achieved huge sums if they were not discovered in time.
The decrease in revenues, rising unemployment and thereby shrinking living standards and worsening with the onset of the financial crisis have created conditions that have led to increased activities of insurance fraud, especially in the insurance area.
People in the insurance companies' with responsibilities in the department claims that the fraud (director, head of department, coordinator inspector or equivalent); people who want to pursue a professional career in the insurance companies on a job in this field.
Developing knowledge, skills and attitudes for the assessment and identification of cases of insurance fraud; developing the capacity of participants to use various techniques and methods for evaluating insurance fraud.
Dorin Constantin is a graduate of Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest - Department of Motor Vehicles. Mr. Constantin has a professional experience in the insurance industry for over 30 years, in the period 2005 - 2013 holding the position of Head of External Fraud in the company Allianz Tiriac Insurance SA. He is also legal a technical expert in traffic accidents and traffic accidents forensic expert, certified by the Department of Justice. He is a trainer specialized in fraud and member of Auto Theft Investigators International Association (ATIIA). He is an ASF authorized lecturer (L-0377).
Mihai Adrian is a graduate of the Police Academy "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" and was Head of Service thefts of/and from vehicles within General Inspectorate of Romanian Police. Mr. Mihai Adrian conducted activities in countering theft, domestic and international traffic with stolen cars. He has specialized in terms of addressing situations implying traffick with stolen vehicles and documents in France, Germany and Poland.
The course will take place during two days, between 09:00-17:00 and 09:00 - 13:00.
