Financial education event for children

Institute for Financial Studies (ISF) and the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) will organize on December 5, 2015 an event for tomorrow's generation of financial market professionals.

Financial education event, named Be smart !, gymnasium is designed for children of employees of the financial market. Through this non-formal educational program, designed based interactive presentations, open discussions, captivating images, children will explain concepts related to:

•     the importance of financial planning:

•         as savings
•         what we use savings,
•         the difference between profit and loss,
•         what is the risk,

•     what we use insurance,
•     why is the financial income diversification.

This event aims to provide children with knowledge and skills useful in the real world. This will pursue learning by children of the importance of financial planning diversified to cover the risk and increase the welfare of future financial, how to keep track of financial expenses over a period of time (time management) and how to effectively use a budget (resources financial).

During the 4 hours, 4 lecturers specializing in educational activities dedicated to children will interact with participants, giving them explanations and practical exercises involving them in financial planning, type competition.

 

Wishing to contribute to the financial education of the next generation, the Institute for Financial Studies (ISF) and the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) will continue this series of events dedicated to children.
