This LOMA course demonstrates how service providers can align their work activities with their company's strategic plan through the effective management of time and stress, covering practical topics such as (a) personal planning; (b) prioritizing tasks; and (c) being proactive in learning and development on the job. It also discusses stressors and distressors, accompanied by how to effectively cope with – and reduce – stress on the job.
In a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment, having the knowledge and tips to maximize efficiency and productivity through effective time and stress management benefits employees at all levels of the organization, particularly those involved in providing service or support to agents, the sales and policy issue processes, and customers.
